WL1837MOD: Radio certification at a lot of countries

Hi

According to the document "WL18MODGI_Cert_Reports_4_10_00_00", the device is already have

a radio certification at some countries (e.g. US, Canada, Japan, e.t.c.)

If I want to use it in other countries, do I need to get  the radio certification additionally by myself?
