  • Hi Folks,

I was able to check the versions on Readme.txt in the service pack installed folder.
    For example, C:\ti\CC31xx_CC32xx_ServicePack_1.0.0.1.2\README.txt

    It shows as follows:

    For JR and R1 devices:
    ----------------------
    NWP version: 2.2.0.1
    MAC version: 1.2.0.2
    PHY version: 1.0.3.23

I understood how to check the version and related servicepack.
    Best regards,
    Hitoshi

  • Hi Hitoshi-san,

That NWP SP version corresponds to:

    NWP Ver 2.2.0.1

    MAC Ver 1.2.0.2

    PHY Ver 1.0.3.17

This appears to be a very old servicepack, given the latest version is 2.13.0.2, 1.6.0.1, 1.0.3.37. It might even be the ROM SP version, indicating that the customer did not flash a servicepack onto the device.

I suggest your customer ensure that they flash the latest SP onto their device as part of their production steps.

    Regards,

    Michael
