Hi,

It appears my original thread was locked before a resolution was reached. I am re-opening it in the hope that we can find a solution as the original issue described is still ongoing. Please see original post for details.

I can confirm that the version of Uniflash used does not relate to this issue, even on 6.1.0. CC3235SF resets itself consistently and eventually goes offline. Adding a Watchdog does not even help, the entire platform goes dark.

We've repeated this test side by side with CC3220SF with the identical FW, and also on SDK 4.20 just released. CC3220SF stays up as expected, CC3235SF will go through several resets and eventually die.

What can we do to help track this down?

I see in our previous thread you mentioned the issue did not exist when using Uniflash v6.0. Is this still the case or were you also able to reproduce this issue with v6.0 eventually? If it is tied to the Uniflash version this will give us something to go off of.

Hey Will,

Someone from my team has been able to reproduce this problem on CC3235. We are seeing the NWP stays active and after some time the system gets stuck. We have submitted a ticket to R&D and I will keep you updated here as the debug effort progresses. Please stand by.

Hi Will,

This fix is committed for the Q3 SDK but it will probably not be released until end of September earliest. Does this cause issues with project timeline or are you able to wait till Q3 SDK release?

Any chance we can have a SP sooner, even in beta state. All of our projects have unfortunately stalled at this point.
