CC2652P: Custom cluster ,attribute and command

Hi,

I am using simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_4_40_04_04 for my developement of ZigBee device on CC2652P.

I would like my device to support the below custome clusters and its attrinutes and command.

cluster ids : 0xFC00,0xFC01,0xFC02

I would like to know how i can add these clusters to and its corresponding attributes and commands to my device.

Also this device is talking to ZigBee3.0 gateway .Should i do any changes in the gateway to receive custom cluster commands ?
