CC2652R: How to create CC2651R3's zstack project base on SDK 5.20

I have download SDK 5.20, and it is said that CC2651R3 and CC2651P3 are supported.

But I have not found CC2651R3's project. And in CC2651P3's project, the maximum Transmit power can be set only 10dbm, not 20dbm.

Hi Aries,

The sole LaunchPad supported for this device family is the LP-CC2651P3, so examples are only provided for the CC2651P3 device. Please see the Running Software Examples on the CC13x1x or CC26x1x module of the Z-Stack Migration Guide for porting to the CC2651R3 accordingly. The LP-CC2651P3 hardware is optimized to support 10 dBm, hence the transmit power limitations in example projects

Yes, it's the same as the other SimpleLink internal High PA devices.
