Hello. I need to read the firmware from the CC2541. I am trying to do this with SmartRF Flash Programmer, but I get an error writing to the HEX file! Why is this happening and how to read MCU CC2541?

Hello Sergey,

Can you please provide your FLASH-PROGRAMMER version, CC2541 debugger type (SmartRF05EB, CC-DEBUGGER, etc), and an image of the error you are observing? The link you provided is blocked by my system's firewall. Are you able to program the device and only have difficulty reading from it?

Hello. I found a solution to my problem on the internet. I have a CC-Debugger, in the line "Flash image" you need to specify the path to the image file correctly!
The error was "Could not write to HEX file"

I don't have problem to read firmware from CC2542 using Flash Programmer. Make sure you have write authority to the folder you want to dump hex file.
