CC2652P: The device stops running after calling restart

hi,

A problem was found：

During the operation of my device, the TCK pin was pulled down to GND for a while, and then returned to the normal high level. After the device is restored to the factory setting (calling the APP: SysCtrlSystemReset() ), the program will stop running.

I turn off the debug access and the program stops running, it does not enter burn mode.

During the operation of the device, is it possible to affect the TCK level for some unknown reasons? How do I prevent this event (the device is not allowed to stop operation)?

If you try to add pull-up circuit on JTAG_TCKC pin, can it solve your issue?

I'm currently adding pull-up and testing it.
Before, I directly pulled the TCK to the PCB test point without adding the pull. Are there any other questions? Because I can see from the datasheet that it is unnecessary.

Yes, I agree it's unnecessary but since you see such strange behavior and I can only suggest you to test pull-up first.
