Hi Team,

We would like to ask your help regarding the customer's inquiry below.

I have two questions related to Zigbee Linux Gateway Project Zero.

How can I connect my application to my own cloud to have messages and interactions between the coordinator and the other devices? what changes do i need to make?

and the second question is can I do all the steps of the zigbee linux Gateway project zero solution in this link dev.ti.com/.../node without going through the beaglebone black card and just link my pc to the cc2652RB card by a TX / RX serial communication which are DIO3 / DIO2 in CC2652RB?

Hi Danilo,

There are instructions inside the Z-Stack Linux Gateway Quick Start Guide for connecting the SimpleLink ZNP to a Linux Ubuntu OS. If the developer wishes to use an interface outside of the local or web gateway applications described in the User's Guide then they will need to reference these while creating their own interface. More information on how to accomplish this is provided in the Developer's Guide.

I did the steps of this link software-dl.ti.com/.../Z-Stack Linux Gateway - Quick Start Guide.html to connect the SimpleLink ZNP to a linux UBUNTU OS 20.04 LTS . But I am not able to get the solution successfully. I got these errors when I am running (sudo ./zigbeeHAgw)
Platform type selected automatically as x86.
To override this selection, please stop this script, and then run it again,
specifying the desired platform type at the command line:
./zigbeeHAgw [help | bbb | x86 ]

running ./zigbeeHAgw on an x86
file NPI_lnx_x86_server is missing
file ZLSZNP_x86 is missing
file GATEWAY_SRVR_x86 is missing
file NWKMGR_SRVR_x86 is missing
file OTA_SRVR_x86 is missing
there are 5 missing files!
exiting ./zigbeeHAgw

Can help me please to resolve this problem?

Please have the customer provide the log from executing the sudo ./setup.sh command. It is also important that source/scripts/package_builder has export TARGET_PLATFORM="x86" instead of "BEAGLEBONE_BLACK" along with all of the other install dependencies.

The customer's problem has been solved by changing the TARGET_PLATFORM to "x86".
