I am able to program it using SmartRF flash programmaer but not using code composer studio

I get this error with CCS10

The CC2650 launchpad has an on-board XDS110 debugger. Based on the error message you have CCS set up to use a XDS100v3 debugger. You should change your settings to use a XDS110 instead.

Depending on your project there should be a .ccxml file in your project folder. Open that and change the connection to XDS110 USB Debug Probe.

I created new target configuration, Now I don't have any error but when I debug, I don't get debug controls. Only selectable option is "Terminate".

Stepup, step over, resume are not selectable.

Same program when I run on Evaluation board, with xds100, i have these controls active.

My issue is resolved, last thing missing was the paramters in the target configuration.
