CC2652P: 2.4G Basic Transceiver (rfechoTX/RX) and Protocol Stack Transceiver issue

Part Number: CC2652P

Hi team,

Issue: when using the protocol stack, communication can be maintained at higher temperatures. But when using the basic transceiver, communication is quickly interrupted in the same environment.

The customer would like to know what is the reason for that. Is there any frequency-temperature correction on the bottom layer of the stack? Can a similar calibration program be added to the base transceiver?

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

Best Regards,

Cherry

  • Hello Cherry,

When you say protocol stack, what protocol and data rate are you referring to?

When you say basic transceiver, what examples and data rate are you using?

All compensations are done at RF driver level and should have similar performance through temperature on both stack and basic examples.

    Regards,
