The trust center will generate a unique TCLK after a device joining. Is this key stored in NV? What is the NVID?

The NVID is ZCD_NV_EX_TCLK_TABLE (0x0004).

According to the struct define of APSME_TCLinkKeyEntry_t, it only stores the seedshift of the TCLK, where is the actual key stored?

I see your point Shuyang and apologize for the hasty initial response. You are looking for ZCD_NV_TCLK_SEED (0x0101) for the Trust Center and ZCD_NV_TCLK_JOIN_DEV (0x0102) for joining devices.
