Hi,

I have a question regarding ZStack 3.0.

In case of a power outage and the coordinator restarts and recovers the network ( via BDB Commands)

My end-device connected to it is a Smart Thermostat and when the coordinator is disconnected and not anymore working it takes some time before recognize that the coordinator went off and has to start searching for a  network. If I recover the network before the thermostat completes the disconnection, it connectes back to the coordinator but doesn't work anymore;

Is there a way to resync or not?

    Hi Luca,

    I suppose you could try to have the Z-Stack ZC send a report attribute command or request that the node leave the network with the rejoin flag enabled. Otherwise, this appears to be an issue with the Smart Thermostat end device in which case you need to contact the manufacturer of this device for further instructions.  Please provide a sniffer log if I am mistaken or you have further questions.

    I would suggest you to use sniffer to check what exactly happens over the air first.
