LP-CC2652RB: How to add a custom cluster to syscfg file

Hello!

I am working on a device that should report a value on a custom cluster. I followed the quick start guide for a custom application using the "simple app" example, and it does not cover this. I tried to search the documentation but I was very unsuccessful, and if I found anything remotely relevant, it was at least one major version older than 5.40, as far as I could tell this is the latest version of z-stack?

Any pointers on how to find my way through documentation would be very appreciated.

I suppose you can do this manually by referring to dev.ti.com/.../node

Hey YiKai, thanks for your reply. This is the guide I was referring to. It only contains information on how to add additional standard clusters that are in the dropdown menu, but it does not contain any information on how to create a custom cluster, say 0x0408.

Hello Wolf,

SIMPLELINK-CC13XX-CC26XX-SDK v5.40 is the latest version as displayed in TIREx. You will need to further develop/generate this functionality since it is not provided in the default TI Zigbee Cluster Library (ZCL) solution. You can refer to the following:
