help for first steps to create a WSN

hello,
I am engineering student and I am new to this community.
I'm just working on a project to implement a ZigBee wireless sensor network for outdoor use.
The network should be created on a stretch of beach about 2 miles of length.
Each sensor is positioned at a distance of about 50 meters from the previous node.
Can you give me a suggestion for a just and secure solution?

Hello,

I am also engineering student and currently I am going through the same problem, as you can understand my situation.

I am tryiing to connect sensor to my zigbee but, I don't have any idea about connection and also programming in short I don't have any idea about what to do?.

so, can you please give any suggestion.
