Hey Aries,

This is a known limitation of SysConfig at the moment, please refer to the CC26x1x3 module from the Z-Stack Migration Guide. The current recommendation is to import a LP_CC2651P3 project, change the .syscfg to reference LP_CC2651R3 instead, and do not use IOIDs 23 through 30.
