Problem when trying the SampleSwitch project 0f z-stack

Hi,

I was trying the SampleSwitch project of z-stack.

How to operate? there is no description even in z-stack sample application.

Here is how i tried it:

Program 2 EM boards first, one as coordinatorEB, another EndDeviceEB, then plug the coordinator EM board in RF05EB, another in battery board(only have 1 RF05EB board in hand, by now), then power on the 2 boards, press the joystick right on both boards to get bind(the LED1 on both boards begin to flash after this step), then i press the joystick up on RF05EB board(or battery board), the LED4(on another board, actually transfered to LED1 in code) is supposed to toogle at this time, but it continue to flash, and does not change.

Did i missed something?

another thing i don't understand is there is no function of zclSampleSw_OnOffCB in Zcl_samplesw.c, why? isn't it needed?

Any help appreciated, thanks.

the key point maybe after binding, when i press key 4 (joystick left) on battery board, the LCD of F05EB board shows: Match Desc Req Non Matched, why?

zhu, I recommend talking a look at the "Z-Stack Sample Applications" document thats in the Documents folder. This talks about the HA sample app theory of operation.

Would also recommend section 4.3 of this document. Describes the same HA application (albeit for a ZAP-ZNP operational model). This document is available from the MSP430-ZAP-1.0.3 installer from www.ti.com/z-stack

Thanks for the reply, the later document helped to try it out.

My dev kit is CC2530ZDK, and the z-stack i'm using is ZStack-CC2530-2.3.1-1.4.0, and my question is simple, just how to press keys to get the LED toggled, but this wasted me 2 days and probably more without your reply. i have no chance to read the later document without asking here.

I have to say, there is some empty holes on TI's z-stack documentation.
