Hello,

I'm trying to learn about Zigbee SE but information is scarce, so I want to ask a few questions:

1. I see that there are zcl_se.c/.h files in cc13xx_cc26xx_sdk_6_10_00_29. Does this mean that I can implement smart energy in zigbee 3?

If not,

2. Is there a way to implement Zigbee SE at all? Zigbee 3 or not.

3. Is there anything in Zigbee 3 that resembles smart energy (monitor, control, and automate the delivery and consumption of electricity and other utilities)?

zcl_se.c and zcl_se.h provide smart energy related cluster commands and APIs. You can add and use smart energy related cluster into Zigbee 3.0 network but it won't be compliant to standard Smart Energy Profile.

But will it be compliant to Zigbee 3, HA and ZLL?

Also is there a guide to implement se? Apart of enabling the zcl files and adding the clusters in the _data.c file?

Do the zcl files have the same functionality as the SE Profile? For example, will I be able to monitor the electricity consumption of the devices in the network?

It's no problem to use zcl_se.c and zcl_se.h to compliant to Zigbee 3 and HA.

There is no guide to implement SE profile on cc26xx SDK.
