CC2651P3: doubts about zigbee and the PN CC2651P3

Hi, 

I Was searching for BLE and ZIGBEE Chips integrated with the Arm Cortex and found this PN mentioned. 

Im thinking to use this PN in a project, but with the datasheet i have unanswered questions.

1 - In the datasheet shows the power consuption of the RF transmission, but not discriminate the difference between using BLE or ZIGBEE, there is any difference on that? Using ZIGBEE the power consuption will be less than the BLE mode? 

2 - Does this PN support Bootloader? I never worked with IC from TI before, nowadays i use microchip and there is a PLUGIN that help the developer setting the bootloader on MPLAB, does TI have something like that? Also if the PN supports bootloader, we can update the PCB firmware using OTA?

3 - About the time of waking from sleep mode and sending a message throught the ZIGBEE, What is the minimum time that takes from the IC to send the RF message using zigbee? It have a period to connect into the network.

4 - How large is the package that the IC can send using the ZIGBEE?

5 - What is the range of the RF with 0dB, how many meters?
