CC2530: Recommended BALUN-BPF going obsolete

Hi,

My customer has let me know that our recommended BALUN-BPF (balanced to unbalanced band pass filter) is going obsolete. Currently EOL with lifetime buys requested, I think.

The manufacturer is Johnson Technologies, and the part number is 2450BM15A0002.

Do we have a recommended replacement for this device?

When you ask for a recommended replacement are you asking for a drop in replacement? Or are you asking what options there are including a redesign?

Hi Mark,

I reached out to Johanson Technology about the part. They said there are no plans to stop selling the part in question. I would reach out directly to them if you have any follow-up questions regarding that part.

In addition to that balun there are a couple of other designs from other manufacturers, see:

from the product folder. There's also the option for a designing a discrete balun.
