CC2652R: Comparing to CC2530

Hi Team,

Just want to verify, is the syntax for the newly designed CC2652R similar to CC2530 (that is, it can be ported directly)? Also does the building CCS project contain a protocol stack?

    Hi May,

    The CC2652R and CC2530 are two very different Zigbee products. 

    CC2652R CC2530
    Core Arm Cortex-M4F 8051
    Flash (kB) 352 up to 256
    RAM (kB) 88 8
    Software version SIMPLELINK-CC13XX-CC26XX-SDK Z-STACK-3.0.2
    Software updates Quarterly Not since 2018
    IDE support CCS 12.1 or IAR-EWARM 8.51 IAR-8051 10.2
    Recommended Yes No

    The software resources between these two devices cannot be ported directly.  You can also refer to the Z-Stack Migration Guide.
