Any SimpleLink CC13xx / CC26xx module listed which supports Zigbee will be capable of supporting Thread as well.  You can check the Thread overview page for recommended TI devices which include this protocol.

I only find 26xx products. I think the 13xx products are all Sub-1-GHz, so only the 26xx products apply for Matter/Thread (2.4 GHz), right?

Some CC13XX products support Thread as well since they are dual-band devices (ex. CC1352R, CC1352P, CC1352P7) however these are not recommended for single-protocol designs, hence the CC26XX emphasis.
