CC2652R: Issue to connect zigbee commercial sensor

Is this smart window & door sensor (sensor maker: Sengled ) Zigbee 3.0 certified? You have to make sure your coordinator enable permit join for the device to join? I would suggest you to use sniffer to check what exactly happens over the air.

I suggest starting with an accompanying Zigbee Router Door Lock Controller (End Device also works) and getting it to join your ZC network so that you can further understand the joining process and UART UI capabilities.  How are you sure that the sensor cannot connect?

I already connect a Zigbee End Device to a ZC network, but I can't connect the door sensor.

Do you check what happened over the air by sniffer?

The ZC Door Lock application likely does not have the correct clusters/attributes to communicate with the door sensor application, this would require changes to the zcl_sampledoorlock(_data).c files in order to include the correct support.

Sorry, I don't have experience in sniffer, and I can't connect my device. I get a problem when I try to start UniFlash

The changes necessary will depend on the clusters/attributes supported by the Senfled smart window & door sensor.  You can contact the manufacturer or access their Zigbee Cluster Library characteristics for more details.

I have not observed similar issue while loading C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\SmartRF Tools\SmartRF Packet Sniffer 2\sniffer_fw\bin\cc26x2r1lp\sniffer_fw.hex onto a LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1 LaunchPad using Uniflash 8.1.  You may try erasing all device memory, making sure the JTAG header row pins are all connected, and attempt to load other images to your device.

Is there any commercial sensor I can use to connect with that example ?

There are likely temperature sensors in the market which will automatically start reporting to the thermostat example, or you can browse the different Zigbee Device Types offered within the SampleApp  project.  I would need to know more about the specific properties of the window & door sensor before covering that aspect.

For window/door sensor, I suppose it's Zigbe. IAS zone device and I would suggest you to test it with TI Z-Stack zc_cie example.

You can likely find more specific information online.  Furthermore it would help to get the sniffer working so that you can view over-the-air packets.

I'm working in sniffer yet, I hadn't can make it work propertly.

This example worked for me. Can you tell me what changes should  I do in another example to connect the door sensor. I need program a CC2652R1 board to work advertising Ble and can connect to a zigbee door sensor

What part of the sniffer setup is not working correctly?  I would like this tool unblocked to enable further debug capabilities.

After programming and physically resetting the LaunchPad hardware, is the Green LED blinking?  Once in this state you should be able to Detect Devices.  Is the XDS110 jumper row fully populated on your LaunchPad?

Yes.

I cannot replicate this behavior using the same hardware (LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1) and software tools (Uniflash 8.1 and Smart-RF Packet Sniffer Agent 1.9).  You may try re-installing software, evaluating on another computer, or trying a different LaunchPad (please confirm you have HW version B and Rev E silicon).
