SimpleLink CC13x2 and CC26x2 SDK version 4.40.04.04 was used in ZNP project.

Has the SDK version 6.30.01.03 significant change since 4.40.04.04 on ZNP?

Most are issues and bug fixing. You can refer to release note in SDK for more details.

You can click on each following version and navigate to Release Notes -> Document Overview -> TI Z-Stack Release Notes. It may also be beneficial to use difference comparison software (such as Beyond Compare) to observe which files have since been changed and what specific improvements have taken place. I cannot recall any specific changes to the ZNP application which may necessitate migrating, however it would be an improvement in general if an upgrade were possible.
