Hi team,
Here's the request from the customer:
There are 10 routers with cc2652r chip and the sdk version is 3.10. Now the coordinator loses power, and after catching the packet, it is discovered that the routing device is constantly sending the message network status, and sometimes some routing devices are not working properly. The message link status will not be sent. Customer is sure that the protocol stack is not working properly. After the power is restored, they will work properly again.
Could you help check this case? Thanks.
Best Regards,
Nick
Hi Nick,
If the customer really is using SIMPLELINK-CC13X2-26X2-SDK v3.10 then there have been over three years of quarterly updates to the stack since then. The current version is SIMPLELINK-CC13XX-CC26XX-SDK v6.30 and it is highly recommend that the customer migrate accordingly.
Regards,
Ryan
