CC2652R7: Building the pump-app TI Matter example does not work on MacBook M1

Hi,

For Macbook, you should use the MacOS installer (.dmg).
For convenience, I have linked it here: https://dr-download.ti.com/software-development/ide-configuration-compiler-or-debugger/MD-nsUM6f7Vvb/1.11.0_2225/sysconfig-1.11.0_2225-setup.dmg

For conciseness, our READMEs assume a linux environment, though it should work on the MacOS environment too.
