Well, I have purchased CC2530ZNP MINI KIT, and now trying to get it work. Firstly, when mini kit was out of a box, I have flashed the on board msp430 MCU with example application called "Simple applications.eww" (I am using IAR IDE and compiler) each of three devices as follows - one coordinator, one router and, finally, one end device. After this step everything seems to work fine, the coordinator device being connected to the PC via USB2UART converter is receiving messages from the end device. Also coordinator receives something from the router. The second step I was testing maximum distance of the devices on the open space (a long corridor with ninety degrees turn at the end). I walked away from the coordinator for about eighty feet holding the end device in my hand. Transmission had stopped when I had disappeared after the corner. Then I have tried to turn on the router on the corner in the line of sight of the coordinator but... nothing happened. Router was transmitting something, but the end device was still out of range. Then I have tried to restart end device and stood with it on the line of sight of the coordinator. It had joined the network, sent some data and the transmission had stopped when I hid after the corner again. The router was on and working at that moment. What am I doing wrong?
PS CC2530 has it's original out of a box firmware, I didn't change it.
