CC2652R7: What is the peak current for radio communication?

You can check CC2652R7 datasheet. It should be CC2652R7 running at 48 MHz which is 3.1mA plus +5 dBm output power setting which is 9.7 mA and some peripherals consumption if you use them.

Please refer to this Application Report which discusses coin cell operation of a similar SimpleLink device using an internal high PA.  There is also the LPSTK-CC1352R hardware evaluation module designed with the option to operate from a coin cell.  The CC2652R7 should be well within the peak current limits of the CR2032.
