CC2652R7: Problem to start the device.

Part Number: CC2652R7

Dear Madam, Sir,

We are using CC2652R7 to control GPIOs, an E-paper with dedicated SPI interface, a temperature sensor with I2C and a capacitiv touch controller with I2C. (And a zigbee commuication)

We supply our board with 6V which pass through a LDO to create 3V3 which supply the CC2652. All power levels are good, without noise.

We have a problem to start the device on the board. When we power up our board, the CC2652 never starts.

The reset Pin is pulled to high level with a 100kOhm Pull Up resistor and a 22µF capacitor in parallel to GND.

At that time, we have to make a manual reset by pushing the reset pin to GND. Then the device starts correctly.

We saw that there is a minimum time of 1µS needed between the rising up of reset Pin and the supply of CC2652. We can't explain why the CC2652 never starts automatically with our configuration (reset is delayed of almost 100ms)

Would you have an idea of why the CC2652 don't start ?

Thank you for your fast reply,

Best regards,

S.T
