  • Hi Leo,

    What specific SimpleLink SDK example and version are you evaluating.  Be sure to follow the README instructions entirely.  On the LaunchPad I recommend holding the right BTN-2 button, pushing the reset button, releasing the right/BTN-2 button after a few seconds, and pushing the reset button once more.  These instructions will perform a factory reset but not return the original firmware itself.  If the OAD update fails then it will not replace the original firmware.  If the OAD update is successful but not the correct firmware then this can only be resolved by re-programming the device through the bootloader or JTAG, since the original firmware has been replaced and no longer exists on the CC2652R7 or external memory (the off-chip OAD configuration is assumed).

  • I use silicon lab before & New in TI environment. I just using the Mobile App when I got launchpad & see what inside in FW download ... then mistake download the thread fw .. 

    you are correct  , I think the original fw was replaced. I try install the SDK in windows but due to some reason , I dun found the application in the start menu or desktop. totally no idea how to next  , do you have any link talk about the development environment which I can follow it easy ?

    If you want to revert the original firmware then you must load the output off-chip BIM *.hex image and project_zero *_oad.bin image consecutively using UNIFLASH
