I would like to know if it is possible to send comands to the board from my pc using COM port to do actions like comisioning, avoiding the default UART UI.

Hi Carlos,

It appears that you want to add MT API to a Z-Stack application. There are Adding MT Interface instructions provided in the Z-Stack User's Guide. You can also reference the znp example project and blog instructions.
