CC1352P: Program flash over mesh network (OpenThread)

We have Thermostats creating mesh network (OpenThread) inside building and communicating thru the Gateway (same CC1352P chip with 2.4GHz radio channel but connected to Raspberry Pi) to the PLC.

Is it possible to program thermostat firmware (CC1352P) over the mesh network? Currently we are using CC1352-2 Development kit with direct connection to the thermostat to program CC1352P flash on the device. It is ok to do it before thermostat installation. The plan is to do FW update on the thermostat over the mesh network without physical connection to each thermostat. If there is a possibility to perform this action, which libraries/sdk we have to use?
