In earlier SDK, If zigbee sending with APS-ack enabled works busilly, the Data-Confirm event may not trigger. The way to fix this issue is to modify the function "NLDE_DataIndication" in "nl_mede_cb.c".

In SDK 7.10.02.23, has this issue be fixed in lib?

Hi Aries,

Here is the prior E2E thread you referenced. The bug you are inquiring about has not been resolved in SDK v7.10.XX for Z-Stack. It has not been prioritized for SDK v8.10 so I recommend that you continue to use the workaround mentioned.
