Hi All,

I am trying to get a better understanding of the flow that occurs with a message transmission that enables APS acknowledgements...

From what I understand, when the coordinator sends a message (AF_DataRequest), it should receive a MAC ACK, upon which the message is held until a Data Request from the end device is issued. (There is only 1 coordinator and 1 end device in my network right now)

(1) Where is the message held?

Then, if Data Request is issued by the end device, what is the flow from there? How does the APS layer know when to send out an APS Acknowledgement?
