Yes, CC2340R supports Zigbee. Please leverage SDK 8.40.00.61 to get started https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SIMPLELINK-LOWPOWER-F3-SDK

thanks for your reply. our board has BLE working now, may I ask any HW change is required for Zigbee?

Hi,

The hardware design should be similar for BLE and Zigbee.

You may be able to get rid of the 32 kHz crystal for certain Zigbee roles.
