Errors while burning zstack to msp4302619 +cc2520 based custom board

hi all

we have built custom wireless sensor node based on msp430 and cc2520 rf using a reference design from smartrf05.

while i try to burn a zstack in to the board using msp430 FET i am getting the below error

    This may be a bad hardware connection, power supply issues as in the post http://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/code_composer_studio/f/81/t/61231
    Can you please re-check your hardware or hardware connections as a start to debug this issue.
