CC2340R5: have problem for connecting to SmartRF Studio 8

Hi.
I am using LP-XDS110 and LP-EM-CC2340R5. When I open SmartRF Studio 8, the software cannot detect the device. What could be the possible reasons?
 
My LP-XDS110 and LP-EM-CC2340R5 can be used to program and debug via CCS, and can also be programmed via UniFlash.

    Hello Yihua,

    Usually if the device works on CCS/UniFlash it would work on SmartRF Studio 8. Just to confirm but your SmartRF Studio 8 itself does detect other devices correct? 

    I see a second LaunchPad in the image, if you connect that LP does it get detected? 

    If you have no tried already possibly trying different ports on your computer might help.
