Error when compiling Z-Stack sample code

Hi there,

I just downloaded the Z-Stack sample and tried to compile it, but when I compiled it, I got a warning and an error.

Warning[w2]: Symbol_NR_OF_BANKS is redefined in command-line

Fatal Error[e163]: The command line symbol "_EXTENDED_STACK_END" in -Z(XDATA)EXT_STACK+_EXTENDED_STACK_SIZE=_EXTENDED_STACK_START-_EXTENDED_STACK_STACK_END is not defined

Does anyone know what the messages indicate? Please help me. By the way, I am using CC2430EM and the IAR version is 7.51A. Thank you

On the Z-Stack Product Folder, there is a section called Compatibility Issues which may have an effect on what you are observing.

Compatibility Issues

IAR Workbench:

Z-Stack is developed and tested using compilers from IAR (www.iar.com). If you have purchased a ZigBee kit from TI you are entitled to 30 additional days for evaluation. If you have a full license you can download the latest and previous versions from www.iar.com by logging into the "my pages" section. Please contact your local IAR office for further details.

CC2530: IAR EW8051 7.51A
CC2520+MSP: IAR EW MSP 4.20
CC2420+MSP: IAR EW MSP 4.10A
CC2430/31: IAR EW 8051 version 7.30B

Hi Brandon,

Thank you so much for the answer! I actually thought about that and tried to download the evaluation version of IAR EW 8051 version 7.30B, but I just couldn't find it on IAR web site. I have the CD that came with the kit, but I can't find it. So there is no way I can make it work with IAR version 7.51A?
