CC2530 F128 with Zigbee 2006

Sounds like you've got an interesting project going. If you're using Z-Stack, which version is it? What development kit(s) are you using?

I am using ZStack-CC2530-2.2.0-1.3.0 with the CC2530 F128.

I am using the samples provided in this stack but they are not working with my setup which has 128K memory. It works on 256K memory EVM modules that came with the CC2530 Development Kit.

I belive the issue is in Init_NV() function where it hangs after HalFlashWriteTrigger() function (just after setting the Arbitor bit set for RAM execution).

Is there any specific change or files I need to use?

It seems like I have got it working with above mentioned changes only. Need to verify with couple of more tests though.

Yes. I got my application running on F128. You need to reduce the number of total pages from 126 to 62 and reduce the info page count from 6 to 2 in the

hal_board_cfg file.

Then erase your F128 and re-program it with above options. It should work.
