CC2430 to CC2530 hardware migration pain

Hi,

I'm in the process of moving from CC2430 to CC2530 based hardware.

I'd like to build and debug applications built with the old ZigBee 2006 stack (1.4.3) using the new SmartRF05  and IAR 7.5.1A compiler.

I've had an initial play but have found that the 7.5.1A compiler will compile but not link old ZigBee 2006 projects.

Additionally the old IAR 7.30B/SmartRF04 setup will not recognise the new  CC2530 evaluation modules.

Is there a way to get the old IAR 7.30B workbench to recognise the SmartRF05/CC2530?

Is it possible to copy some SmartRF05 drivers from my 7.51 to my 7.30B workbench?

Am I suffed or is there a way out of here?

    Hi Steve,

     

    I'm currently using IAR 7.51A compiler with the 1.4.3 version of the Z-Stack without any problem.

    Did you test using IAR 7.51A with the CC2430 ?

    [Edit] : After verifying, I'm using two different versions of IAR (I had not realized before), the 7.50 and the 7.51. Sorry.
