Z-Stack and external RAM ?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F5438, Z-STACK

Hi,

I am interested in using the Many-to-One routing mechanism combined with source routing. For large networks (>400 nodes) the msp430f5438 lacks of RAM to store the routes to every participant. I wonder whether it is possible to tell Z-Stack to store these informations in an external RAM (It is not needed often, since the normal data transmission is periodically from the nodes) and whether it is reasonable to use this procedure for large networks (All nodes should be routers). I guess that, regarding latency, this would be the best solution because it saves the time for the route discovery procedure.

Thanks for your answers.

Regards,

Tobias
