Eiminating the 32KHz xtal

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F5438, CC2520, Z-STACK

We have developed a Zigbee-Pro application based on MSP430F5438 & CC2520.  We're using Z-stack configured as a low power (battery) endpoint.

We'd like to eliminate the 32KHz xtal for cost and space reasons.  What are the implications/tradeoffs of doing this?  Is the internal REFO 1% accuracy sufficient, and what is the net affect on power useage?

Thanks,
