Draw PCB for CC2430DB

Hi,

TI only provided PCB design using CadStar. However, I am using Altium Designer 6, which is not able to convert Cadstar pcb files directly. 

I am pretty new in PCB design, so I want to start with an existing one. Could anybody send me a PCB design for CC2430DB using altium designer, or help me convert?

If it is not possible, may I know if it is difficult to draw the whole design from scratch?
