Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2420
I am currently in the process of designing a small network device using the CC2420. I will be using a STAR configuration with one (perhaps more) PANs. Each PAN may have as many as 16 reduce-function devices.
I am completely new to ZIGBEE and have many questions. However, I will limit myself to one question at this point.
Is my application layer responsible for setting all of the fields of the MAC Protocol Data Unit (i.e. FCF, Data_Seq, Address info, etc...)?
