where are the 0 ohm resistors in SmartRF04EB?

In CC2430DK Development Kit User Manual, page 14, section 6.9 says that "USB MCU can be disconnected from the signal pin sby removing the 0-ohm resistors".

However, in SmartRF04EB, I am not able to locate these 0-ohm resistors. I suppose 0-ohm resistors are jumpers, but in fact not.

Can anybody kindly tell me where these resistors are?

Thanks in advance.

  • I finally found those 0-ohm resistors. But I still have a question. These resistors are soldered on the board. so "removing the 0-ohm resistors" means destroy them, right?

    Congratulations :-)

Before removing the 0-ohm resistors, please look at the Table1 and SmartRF04 EB Schematic (section 12) on user manual (swru133) and see which resistors you need to remove.  You can simply de-mount the resistors.

Note that    ''the SmartRF®04EB may not work with In-Circuit Emulator (ICE), SmartRF® Studio or the SW examples when the 0-ohm resistors are removed" . You can mount the 0-ohm resistors again to conncet the USB mcu to the I/O conncetors.
