CC2430 sleep mode current keep growing

CC2430EB with ZStack-1.4.3-1.2.1

I had ever using SampleLight application measured sleep current in PM2 is <1uA one month ago. But I cann't repeat it now. The sleep current is about 24uA now, and it keeps growing to 91uA.

When the CC2430EB is waked up and entered into sleep mode again, The sleep current will start from 24uA and keep growing again.

Is there any hardware parts demaged on the CC2430EB?

This sounds like some of the unconnected pins are not configured correctly. Make sure that all the pins that are not connected are configured as IO input with pull up resister. This is also described in the CC2430 datasheet section 13.4.1.

Yes, there are 4 unconnected output pins. I'll try to comment it out.
