update the USB MCU firmware found on the SmartRF04EB

Hi ,

    everyone,my name is rick,i come from  china,and my english is not good enough.

    i want to update the USB MCU firmware found on the SmartRF04EB ,through the USB cable.

and i want to follow the 《Texas Instruments Flash Programmer User Manual .pdf》,however,

now i have a problem in it.

   the  document  says,'2. Connect the USB cable to the SmartRF04EB and turn it on, it should appear in the
Device list with “Chip type” N/A.

   i followed it  step by step,but it doesn't appear in the Device list with"Chip type "N/A.

   what is the intention of upgrading of the firmware in the USB MCU?
