A list of modules made by third parties with TI Radios is available here (including various engineering services):

There are a few Zigbee ones. You can also look at Amber Wireless for example.

A good site to get information about Zigbee modules, tools, support etc is the Zigbee site,

For example at http://www.zigbee.org/en/certification/compliant_platforms.asp you find a lot of compilant platforms.
