I am completely stumped.
I'm working with the CC2530 Development Kit. Fresh flash clear and download of software onto all units. I am using the EM coordinator on SmartRF05 Evaluation board, 2 EM Sensors on the SmartRF05 Battery Board, and my own board (all programmed with the SensorDemo example). I specified channel 11 and Pan ID 491D in the Config file. I am monitoring network with the ZSensorMonitor tool and packet sniffer.
Turn on the EM Coordinator. Press up...press right. Network is set up and accepting binding requests.
Turn on an EM Sensor, it sends beacon request and coordinator responds with beacon.
Turn on My Sensor, it sends multiple beacon request but coordinator never responds with beacon!
Turn on another EM Sensor, it sends beacon request and coordinator responds with beacon!
Looking at the packet sniffer, the beacon request packet from My Sensor (right) is the exact same as the EM Sensor (left) except for packet number, timestamp, time delta, link quality, and sequence number.
How can this be that the coordinator does not respond to my beacon request!?
