SmartRF Packet Sniffer pop-up reports "Unknown Payload Format"

I am using the SmartRF Sniffer 2.16.2 with CC2531 dongle. When I start up the Sniffer application and select " IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee" a pop up comes up "Unknown Payload Format". This pops up twice then brings up sniffer window, but I do not see any traces. The Sniffer worked fine first time I brought up but now I always see pop up. I have deleted and reinstalled application already

Please chose the 'Select fields' tab and check what the "Payload format" is set to. It should be either 'Bytes' or 'Text'.

Hello,

I got the same problem on the packet sniffer version 2.16.2, but even chaging the boxes like you said, I can't see the packets on the screen, even if they are coming.

Do you know what can it be?
