TIMAC beacon-enabled network support.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2530, TIMAC, Z-STACK

Hello everyone!

There is an important question about TIMAC kinds, I'd like to know. Texas Instrumets provides two projects, which consitst TIMAC's libraries: "TIMAC" and "Z-Stack". In "TIMAC", as was written many times in this forum, has been implemented beacon-enabled mode, but I couldn't activate it such way, as was discribed in "MAC User's Guide - CC2530.pdf" - manual for TIMAC project. I coute a few sentences from it:

"5. Using the TIMAC Sample Application
The remainder of this document describes building and running the TIMAC sample application. The sample application demonstrates association between two IEEE 802.15.4 devices in a non-beaconed network and transmitting application data between associated devices." - could anybody explain this mismatch? Does TIMAC library (from "TIMAC" project) still support beacon-enabled networks(!) or not?

Thanks for answers, best regards,

Egor.
